The official Future Events App is your virtual guide
Connect with other attendees, access important information, and stay updated on all conference-related activities. Live notifications during the Conference will be delivered via the app. The below information will assist in getting you connected and ready.

Access and log in
With your event registration, you are automatically registered for the conference app. You should have received an email from 'hello@futureeventslab.com' with your unique access link to the app. Please do not share your access link. This link is unique to you and will give you access to the app without entering a password. If you don't see it within your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder and select "not spam/junk". App access is exclusive to those registered for the conference, with any information shared accessible only to those signed in via their unique link. Please contact hello@futureeventslab.com if the email has not reached you.

1. Install the app on your home screen
Once you have clicked on your unique link, you can continue to access via your web browser or alternatively select the three dash menu icon on the top left of your screen and the "Get the App" button.

This will open instructions on adding the app icon to the home screen and allow for easy access on your mobile device.

2. Update your profile and privacy settings
Next to the three dash menu icon you will notice your name and an alias image. By selecting this image your profile will open. Here you are able to upload your own headshot and update key information including role, company, bio and social media profile. On this page you are also able to toggle on/off whether you allow other attendees to see your profile, change your password and share your details with a specific attendee.

10. Networking / Lead Capture
Networking Section helps you connect and engage with fellow attendees:
  • Tap the Attendee button to view profiles, start chats, or request contact details
  • Go to the "Networking" tab in the side menu for more tools
  • Capture leads by scanning QR codes or searching names
  • Share your contact using your own QR code or attendee search
  • View all collected leads in one place for easy follow-up
  • Export leads via email after the event to stay connected
4. Presenters
Presenters Section gives you quick access to all the voices shaping your event:
  • Tap a presenter to view their full bio and background
  • See which sessions they’re speaking in
  • Access their social media handles to follow or connect
  • Use the ‘My Notes’ button to save personal notes linked to each presenter — great for takeaways or follow-ups
8. Event Partners
Partners Section showcases the amazing brands and organisations:
  • View partner profiles to learn who they are and what they do
  • See how each partner is involved in the event
  • Access direct links to their websites for more info or to connect
  • Great for networking, exploring collaborations, or just learning more
  • Use the ‘My Notes’ feature to capture ideas, follow-ups, or standout moments
11. Event Feed
Live Feed is your space to share and join the conversation in real time:
  • Post updates, photos, and shoutouts from sessions, activations, or exhibitors
  • See what other attendees are sharing
  • Like, comment, and engage with posts
  • Stay connected with the community
  • Receive important announcements and event updates in the same stream

A lively, interactive way to be part of the action!
5. Exhibitors
Exhibitors Section gives you a full view of booth activity:
  • Browse the full list of exhibitors
  • Tap any name to see what’s happening at their booth (e.g. demos, interactive experiences)
  • View details on giveaways, promotions, and booth location via the interactive map
  • Check for any sessions or workshops hosted at their booth
  • Use the ‘My Notes’ feature to jot down thoughts, questions, or contacts for later follow-up
6. Activations
Activations Section highlights all the hands-on, immersive experiences:
  • Discover interactive installations, brand moments, and creative experiences
  • See what’s involved - from creator showcases to niche photo ops
  • View timings and location of each activation via the interactive map
  • Learn about the partners and creators behind each experience
  • Use the ‘My Notes’ feature to capture thoughts, reactions, or follow-up ideas
7. Competitions
Competitions Section keeps you in the loop on all contests happening:
  • Browse a full list of live and upcoming competitions
  • Get key info: competition details, entry rules, T&Cs, and eligibility
  • See what prizes are up for grabs — from exclusive merch to VIP experiences
  • Learn how to enter: via the app, at a booth, or through an activation
  • Perfect for anyone feeling competitive or just looking for fun

3. Create a custom schedule
Personalise your conference experience by adding sessions to your personal schedule. There are a number of ways to browse sessions, including:
  • Filter sessions by category
  • Search by session description
  • View sessions tags
Select ‘Going’ to a session, and it will automatically be added to ‘My Schedule’, making it easier for you to know where and when your must-see sessions are happening at the conference.
9. Interactive Map
Interactive Map helps you navigate your way through the venue with ease:
  • See a real-time layout of the full event space
  • Includes stages, exhibitor booths, activations, food zones, and more
  • Tap any location to see what’s happening and who’s involved
  • Use the clear map key to quickly find what you need
  • Perfect for locating sessions, discovering hidden gems, or planning your next stop

14. Chats
The Chats Section (bottom menu bar) stores all your conversations with fellow attendees:
  • Access chats started via attendee list, networking tools, or sessions
  • Keep track of all your conversations in one place
  • Use it to follow up, share ideas, and stay connected
13. My Notes
‘My Notes’ Section (in the side menu) is your personal space for everything important:
  • Jot down takeaways, thoughts, and reminders from sessions, presenters, and booths
  • Notes are colour-coded by category for easy review
  • Save and organise all your notes in one place
  • Email all your notes to yourself after the event with one tap
12. Leaderboard
Leaderboard rewards you for getting involved:
  • Earn points by joining sessions, Q&As, and live polls
  • Track your rank compared to other attendees
  • The more you engage, the higher you climb
  • A fun way to stay active and contribute
  • You might even win prizes!
  • Check your progress regularly and challenge yourself to reach the top
