Etiquette

The booth areas are very close to the conference rooms. We ask that booth holders silence their mobile phone, take calls away and keep noise to a minimum as to not distract the participants during sessions. Wear your name lanyard and let people know who you are and where you are from.

Payment
Reservation of a booth will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment can be made via the Humanitix Registration platform which offers a broad range of payment options including credit card or invoicing.

Space Allocation

Booths will be allocated in order of attending the bump in times and at the discretion of The Collab committee. The Collab Committee reserves the right to re- arrange the floor plan and/or relocate any exhibit without notice. If you wish to be placed specifically next to another organisation then please advise The Collab Event Manager at least 5 days prior to bump in day.
